Place two teaspoons of olive oil in a hot nonstick pan. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper. Sear on each side for two minutes. Add on sprig of rosemary to the pan and two pieces of sliced garlic. Reduce heat and cook two to three minutes longer. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon wedge!
