Heat Two teaspoons of olive oil in a very hot nonstick pan. Season salmon with salt and pepper and sear one minute on each side. Reduce heat to medium, add chopped cherry tomatoes, three cloves of garlic and a little bit of salt and pepper over the tomatoes. Cover with a lid and cook three additional minutes until done. easy breezy!

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes (chopped)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
