Easy One Bowl Keto Brownies

  • 1 1/4 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/3 cup Unprocessed cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup Monk Fruit Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Grease an 8×8 pan

  3. Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl

  4. In a seperate bowl mix eggs, melted butter and vanilla

  5. Mix wet ingredients into dry until well incorporated

  6. Place in greased pan and bake for 25 minutes

  7. Cool completely before cutting
