Easy One Bowl Keto Brownies
- 1 1/4 cups Almond Flour
- 1/3 cup Unprocessed cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup Monk Fruit Sugar
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease an 8×8 pan
Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl
In a seperate bowl mix eggs, melted butter and vanilla
Mix wet ingredients into dry until well incorporated
Place in greased pan and bake for 25 minutes
Cool completely before cutting
