QUINOA TABOULI SALAD

Pack some extra protein with this easy and delicious quinoa tabouli.  Perfect for those who have wheat sensitivities.   In one bowl add cooked quinoa, you can even buy pre-cooked organic at trader joes in the frozen department.  Add chopped Persian cucumbers, sweet, cherry tomatoes, a little chopped onion, garlic, lots of fresh parsley and a hint of mint.
